— Chamber Profile

Detail-driven advocacy & dispute resolution.

Ashima Gupta is the founder of Chamber of Ashima Gupta and has been practicing before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, learned District Courts, and various tribunals and statutory forums. She is known for a research-driven approach that combines strategic legal analysis with practical dispute resolution — at both advisory and litigation stages, including pre-litigation strategy, drafting, court appearances, and dispute management.

Ashima is focused on the practice of commercial and criminal litigation, arbitration, GST disputes, regulatory matters, and white-collar crime. She regularly advises and represents individuals, businesses, and institutions in contentious matters involving contractual disputes, recovery proceedings, criminal investigations, interim reliefs, and constitutional remedies. She has experience in complex proceedings including matters connected with the 2G Spectrum Case, Antrix–Devas matter, Delhi Riots, and the 1996 Lajpat Nagar Bomb Blast.

As a first-generation lawyer, she has built her independent practice through consistent courtroom exposure, meticulous preparation, and a client-focused approach to advocacy — with an emphasis on clear legal strategy, responsiveness, and effective representation tailored to the commercial and practical realities of each matter.
